Samuel T. Rice, M.D. Dr. Samuel Rice graduated from the University of Oklahoma Medical School in 1965.  He did his residency at the University of Minnesota in Urology.  Dr. Rice is a member of The Southeastern American Urological Associations, Muscogee Association of Georgia and the American Medical Association.
	Michael H. Lake, M.D. Dr. Michael Lake graduated from the Medical College of Virginia in 1973.  He did his internship and urology residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethseda, Maryland. Dr. Lake is Board Certified by The American Board of Urology and is a member of The American Urological Association, Southern Medical Association and The Georgia and Muscogee County Medical Association.
